One question:
Has Cut Hands yet to perform Live in the traditional sense of the word?
I mean using PA software: Ableton, or a hardware/software-based set up.

What are the two of you referring to? I don't seem to get it. Maybe it's just me. In that case, never mind.

I cut my hand today as it happens, say what you like but I know I wasn't doing it right.
This Q is in response to some internet noise re: the nature of live performance. CH came up as a project advertised as offering Live performance (no word of black cockerels; deranged, sexually-charged limbo displays; voodoo drums etc.. as yet, though one can hope) and what was acceptable fare in the club. The charge being that CH's does not play live performances, but instead DJ's tracks using DJ software while manipulating video images (which is none too different to a Jeff Mills DJ set - the difference being he uses physical media and not a computer).
I'm happy to sit on a fence myself, as I've not had the pleasure of seeing Cut Hands (Travel 300km on a train 2nd class return for 140€ on a 50/50 chance one might get past the Berghain doormen? I think not. Shame, but such is life).
I hope this clarifies your muddy puddle.
