For 'Apocalypticism' I found these two books an interesting read:
The Pursuit of the Millennium by norman Cohn
Apocalypses by Eugene weber
plenty nuttiness to keep you going over the winter nights in those!

Did you make it to any of the William Burroughs exhibitions in London this year? It was amazing to see his 'shotgun' pictures up close and personal. Great choice of subject matter Dr B.
