I've always wondered what's really going on on in this, who's the guy shouting at the end?

The irate guy is the pub manager, none too happy at Philip Best who'd booked the gig as a harmless Human League type synth night, and somewhat annoyed too at the performers and audience for barricading the upstairs room and sending pint glasses flying out of the windows leading to the arrival of the law.

Ha! Ok. That gives me a clearer picture. It is a shame there isn't any footage of the event.

This is the recording of the end of the side B of the "Slaughterhouse" vinyl only LP (an US bootleg of these following live Aktions : side A Live Action 4/11/83 Slaughterhouse Denver, Co USA side B Live Action 7/1/83 London, England aka live @ the Roebuck ) watch the history here : www.susanlawly.freeuk.com/textfiles/ladossier2.htmlThe recordings on both sides are pretty good for a bootleg, this is a must have for WH afficionados. It has never been published officialy on CD (except the MP3 CDs burned on demand early 2000's). There are three editions of this LP : 1/ the first pressing on Rectification Society (USA) mid 80's, white sleeve, 2/ second pressing on Alamut (USA) early 90's, white and also black sleeves, 3/ a third pressing which is japanese, alas I do not have this last one, but I know that there is a sticker on back of the white sleeve with "A date with Destiny" printings. RRR had a copy early 2000's. The B side has a great redition of Right To Kill. I love this record, I have may be 5 or 6 copies....Yeah !

Here it is, some previous 2007 posts on the subject :
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
For those interested, I have find three different pressing for the Rectification society LP (aka Live at slaughterhouse aka live 14/22) :
1/ Original US Rectification society LP : Rectification society white labels with Rectification society logo, matrix numbers 308084-A QCA TD / 308084-B QCA TD.
2/ US repress LP : plain white labels, matrix numbers BBP-AL-4968-A SECOND COMING / BBP-AL-4968-B I AM THE SADIST
3/ Japan repress : plain black label, matrix numbers BBP-AL-4968-A A25059 A / BBP-AL-4968 B A 25060 B
Some copies of the japanese pressing have that inscription on the back of the sleeve : WHITEHOUSE A DATE WITH DESTINY.
Thanks to RRRon !
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- about LA 22 :
entertaining to say the least......you can find the recording on the Rectification society bootleg LP, later bootlegged again and again, also call "Live at slaughterhouse" LP........featuring on one side LA 22 at the Roebuck 1-7-83 UK and on the other side LA 14 at Denver -CO- USA........ the recording of the infamous LA22 is excellent, very violent and noisy (PE at his best), .....and you can hear at the end the policemen come in, cut the sound, smash the PA, and someone stop the tape recording.........a truly masterpiece of that era......and the track "right to kill" live............I've listen to it again and again and again...........yeah.......oldschooler !
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This record is a must have. ;D
