I supplied some rare archive stuff for the booklet, so many years ago now - always knew it would really come out eventually.

Stunning looking luxury item, not played yet.
I am sure I will not be the only person slightly taken aback by the 'Affirmative Action' tribute poem intro to the booklet - "hey doll, hey Gary" - holy fuck, the veterans just get weirder over the years. This and the signed art print by PB are marvellous unexpected bonuses.

The Shasta V print? Or have I missed it somehow... It's a print entitled RAMLEH - at least I am assuming this is in all the boxes, it may be some some kind of supersekrit ultra-limited version that I got in which case sorry for inadvertently exciting anyone.

Got my copy at the fest, I am not sure if the print will be in all the boxes though. It is a gruelling listen, so much of this material sounds the same and in the case of the different mixes and different recordings of shows IS the same, but a monument to obsession and perfection from Harbinger Sound and Broken Flag. Oh, there is a poster in there too. More from 'Affirmative Action' text: YOU ALWAYS KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO SAY/ TO THOSE CUNTS THAT WOULD CO-OPT YOU...NOT A SINGLE ANIMAL OR TREE OR WOMB/IN THE SCRIPT/JUST YOUR HORROR AT NATURE... the booklet is absolutely fantastic and even better it has my name in it

Oh, there is a poster in there too It's good 'background' music, has the remastering made much difference to the original? (If you have heard the original) The preorder boxes didn't ship until after the fest, maybe that's so they could get PB to sign the prints at the fest? So maybe I might get one ;D Though I'm not expecting it haha 'so much of this material sounds the same' haha!

It's much better than the RRR remasters and obviously vastly superior to the dodgy bootleg mp3s most people will have heard. Great job. The last three experimental outtake tracks sound particularly psychedelic. The conversation at the end of the Clarendon show is entertaining. 'May 31 1962/82' (disc one) really benefits from being heard properly. The Statement tracks still sound beamed in from another planet. What a band!
As for the poem, if one was in pisstake mode you could say it's comparable to 'the love that dare not speak its name' but actually it's a passionate and heartfelt appreciation of Ramleh's unique art and really quite moving.

Mine came today, what colour is your box? Ive seen a pic of a white one and the one I got was blue? Interesting, maybe blue ones were only available via preorder/broken flag fest? Also got the signed print it's a great quality set, huge booklet (love the original pics etc), pro pressed Digipaks and cd's (expected cut and paste covers on the digi's at that price), very impressed. Wonder if something similar could be done with WH live actions?
