I've always thought that John Duncan's art--aside from being amazing on it's own-- fit some of the thematics of the WH world: www.johnduncan.org/he is also a fucking incredible musician. his "keening towers" would appeal to many on this board. my personal favourite work of his, and without doubt in my top ten albums ever, is "phantom broadcast". truely one of the most gloriously beautiful things i have ever heard, its like the audio equivalent of sunlight being reflected off the sea. totally euphoric, utterly immersive. apparently it was created from one shortwave radio frequency, but the amount of things one hears unfolding from it is awe-inspiring and continually refreshing: i hear angelic choirs, bells tolling, shuddering voices. amazing.

William Kurelek en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_KurelekFunny enough I found this guy when my mom gave me this book featuring his work. She got it for free and it was a bit water damaged, but she thought I might like it more than she did. (Well she's an artist but we often disagree art-wise... especially concerning Francis Bacon of course.)
